Ingredients
- Colocasia 250 gm (boiled)
- Potato 2 (boiled)
- Coriander leaves 1 – 1 ½ tbsp
- Mint leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Green chili 2 – 3
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp (crushed)
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Gram flour ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Water ¼ cup
- Oil for fry

Cooking Directions
- Mash colocasia and potatoes very well.
- Add in coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chiies and onion. Mix well.
- Now add ginger paste, red pepper, cumin seeds, coconut powder and mustard seeds.
- Mix well and keep aside.
- In a bowl mix together gram flour, salt and a little water, form into batter and keep aside.
- Now take potatoes mixture and form into small balls, dip each ball in gram flour batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Remove from oil and serve with any sauce.
