This chicken seekh boti is not only very delectable even very easy to prepare also. Marinate and freeze, Bbq it when guest come on Eid day.

- Chicken 1 kg (20 pieces with bones)
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp heaped
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
- Oil for brushing
Recipe Method
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, chili powder, salt, lemon juice, raw papaya, yogurt, all spice and white cumin for 2 hours in fridge.
- Put on flat skewers, 3 to 4 pieces on each skewers.
- BBQ when nearly done, brush with oil.
- Serve immediately.
