Lagan Nu Custard
Ingredients
- Milk powder 1 cup
- Eggs 4
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Green cardamom ground 1 tsp
- Roasted and flaked almonds 3 tbsp
- Water 1 ½ cup
Cooking Directions
- Beat eggs.
- Ground green cardamom.
- In bowl mix powder milk, water, condensed milk and eggs, then mix it well.
- Then add vanilla essence and green cardamom.
- Bake it on 180 degree C for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle roasted almonds on the top.
- Serve cold.
