Tandoori Chicken Masala
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 ½ kg (whole)
- Lemon 4
- Yogurt 1 cup
- White vinegar ½ cup
- Food color pinch
- Red chilli crushed 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tandoori chicken masala 2 to 3 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- Wash chicken, apply vinegar and pinch of food color on chicken.
- In a bowl add yogurt, crushed red chili, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste, tandoori chicken masala and salt to mix and marinate chicken in it.
- Now pour lemons juice on chicken and give steam and cover the lid.
- When chicken water dries, deep fry it on low flame.
- When it turns golden brown, put it in oven and bake it for 10 minutes.
- Tandoori chicken is ready.
