English Fried Chops
Ingredients
- Mutton chops 1/2 kg flattened
- Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Meat tenderizer 1 tsp heaped
- Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup soaked in 1/4 cup water
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
Cooking Directions
- Marinate mutton chops with ginger garlic paste, salt, meat tenderizer, Wooster sauce, black pepper, mustard paste, crushed black pepper and lemon juice.
- Leave it for 2 hours. Add egg and bread crumbs soaked in milk.
- Roll each chop in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil for 20 minutes at slow flame.
- Serve with French fries and ketchup.
