Grilled Beef/Chicken Liver
Ingredients
- Liver 1 kg
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- 1 Lemon's juice
- Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp (ground)
- Tandoori masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp or to taste
- Oil 3 tbsp
Cooking Directions
- Wash liver and keep on sieve to drain water.
- Now make small pieces of liver and marinate with all ingredients except oil.
- Thread into skewers and grill on grill pan with oil.
- Give smoke of coal to grilled liver.
- Dish out and sprinkle lemon juice and serve with onion rings, tomato, chutney and paratha.
